In 1968 Hans Grohe introduced the "Selecta" , the first hand shower with ajustable spray modes.>

Raindance Shower Head.

In 2005 Hans Grohe created the RainDance.
The principle of the RainDance is not based on the number of different spray modes, but the quality of the jets.
This is due to the air injection technology.This allows 1 lt of water to be injected with 3 lts of air within the shower head.
This in turn will give the user 4lt of warm , soft , raindrops - hence the name raindance.

Shower Limitations and Requirements.

With Hand showers one can have a shower head diameter of 100mm,120mm or 150mm.
Where the head is fixed to the wall one can have a 180mm head,240mm or 350mm.
Where a combination boiler is in place, it is recommended that the maximum diameter shower head is 240mm.
With a hotwater storage cylinder or combi boiler one can install the maximum 350mm shower head diameter.
